About My Pet Diary

My Pet Diary is a simple way to track symptoms of a furry patient.

A graph is created from the data you enter each day, which can be shown to your vet on your device or downloaded as an image and sent to them by another means, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

How to use My Pet Diary

1. Firstly, you will need a new patient record to enter data, so click on "New Patient Record" on the home page.
2. Give the patient record a name, for example "Zack July 2021" to signify the pet and timeframe of the record.
3. Use an existing template of which symptoms to record, or change them to suit your own needs.
4. Save the record, and you will now be able to record symptoms by day.
